SUMMARY:  Print shows George III receiving advice from a large group of ministers and politicans, all are identified by number and corresponding legend, following ratification of peace treaty by the U.S. Congress on April 15th. On the left, across the "Atlantic" is "America," represented by a Native woman, being crowned by Benjamin Franklin and attended to by the kings of France and Spain, a pug dog, representing Holland, sits at her feet. In the background, on the right, "England's sun [is] setting" and overhead is a witch on a broom breaking wind labeled "Peace - Peace - P-E-A-C" against a backdrop of dark clouds.
