SUMMARY: A British satire in which Charles James Fox, depicted with two faces, seeks the support of a former enemy, Sir Samuel Hood, while repudiating a former friend, Lord John Townshend. A scene in the background shows Fox stumbling as he chases Hood up steps to "St. Stephens" labeled "The Voice of the Electors," a paper extending from his coat pocket is labeled "How to elect oneself." The print appears to be a satire on Hood's "To the real and independent electors of the city and liberty of Westminster" and Townshend's "To the worthy and independent electors of Westminster" which were printed in 1788.
